Janet was custom-built by Larry (that’d be me — the property manager / tech nerd / occasional mechanic), and she’s been tested pretty thoroughly. While she’s usually spot-on with her answers, she may occasionally go off on a little tangent. If something seems a bit odd, chalk it up to her being in a creative mood. 😉
And in these early stages of Janets debut, she will continue to improve as more requests come through.

If you’re making a booking, remember: your booking isn’t complete until you’ve confirmed you want to lock it in AND you receive a booking confirmation email.
Sometimes Janet might say things like “you’re all set” when she’s actually waiting for your final go-ahead, so make sure to read her replies carefully and answer any confirmation questions.
