Terms And Conditions

1. Booking Policy

• Weekly Stays Only: All bookings are for a minimum stay of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. We do not offer shorter stays or mid-week arrivals.

2. Pet Policy

• No Pets: At Sunset Beach there is a no pet policy. 

3. Rubbish Disposal

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are required to dispose of all rubbish upon departure. Please ensure all waste is taken with you when you leave.

4. Vehicle Access and Surcharge

• Limited Vehicle Traffic: Due to access being through private neighbouring properties, we ask that vehicle traffic is limited. To help manage this, there is a surcharge of $15 for each entry and exit to the property. This fee helps us maintain good relationships with our neighbours and manage the property’s impact on the surrounding area.

5. Parties and Group Events

• Strictly Prohibited: Onsite parties or group events are not allowed. We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
